Though her body language strongly indicates she doesn't trust Jesse from her very first interaction with him and may be lying. If she's not, the current year is 2049 AD.
2039 + 10 = 2049.
Furthermore, the first scene includes a time and place setting title card over the footage reading "KANSAS 2044".
There's also two short but key portions of the story that take place 30 years later after a series of title cards track the main character’s trajectory from "YEAR 1" to "YEAR 30", which brings the audience to 2074 AD or 2079 AD.
