When Does the TV Show "Jessica Jones" Season One (2015) Take Place?

Additionally, season one episode two "AKA Crush Syndrome" and season one episode six "AKA You're a Winner!" include flashbacks to a semi-recent event involving Kevin "Kilgrave" Thompson. Trish "Patsy" Walker refers to this when she says, "It's been a year, Jess."

Season one episode five "AKA The Sandwich Saved Me", includes another flashback to an earlier point in the life of Jessica Jones . 

Season one episode eleven "AKA I've Got the Blues" opens with an extended flashback to Jessica's adolescent trauma. Season one episode twelve "AKA Take a Bloody Number" shows a close-up of some medical documents pertaining to this accident presented by Dorothy Walker. The top of the document reads "STATEMENT DATE 04/13/00" surely representing April 13th, 2000 AD. The accident couldn't have been long before this hospital bill was made so the episode eleven flashback must take place in 2000 AD.
