When Does the Audio Drama "Anastasia" (1982) Take Place?

"Anastasia" is a historical-fiction audio-drama written by John Scotney [adapting "Anastasia" (1952) by Marcelle Maurette] that released December 18th, 1982. So when is "Anastasia" set?

It takes place in the year:

1932 AD

We know this because in the first scene Petrovsky says, "We're just a couple of rats, Chernov. 15 years ago, the Bolsheviks turned us out of us our nice comfortable granary, so now we have to snatch our crusts as best we may.", referring to the Russian Revolution. The Russian Revolution happened in stages, starting in March of 1917 AD and then continuing in November of 1917 AD in the real world.

1917 + 15 = 1932.

Furthermore, the charwoman Anushka says to Anna Broun (loosely based on the real-world Grand Duchess Anastasia Nikolaevna) that she has "worked here in the Russian colony for 11 years, since 1921."

1921 + 11 = 1932.

Furthermore, the very beginning of the recoding tells us it is: "Berlin, Winter 1932." So it is certainly 1932 AD and probably winter.
