When Does "Atypical" Season One (2017) Take Place?
"Atypical" season one is a comedy television series showran by Robia Rashid that released August 11th, 2017. So when is "Atypical" season 1 set?
It takes place in the years:
We know this because at the end of season one episode one "Antarctica" Sam Gardner says at one of his sessions with Dr. Julia Sasaki, "But, according to the 2010 census (which is the most recent data I could acquire) 49% of marriages end in divorce." The United States of America 2010 Census was completed in December of 2010 AD so it must be after December of 2010 AD.

2018? AD - 2019 AD
More specifically, about a quarter through season one episode four "A Nice Neutral Smell" a banner is visible at Newtown High School that reads, "BOYS LACROSSE STATE CHAMPIONS 2006 OWLS 2010 2013 2014 2015", representing previous successful wins for the team and a banner like this probably wouldn't be made until the following year. So it must be after 2015 AD.
Later, near the end of season one episode two "A Human Female" when Nick the bartender opens the first aid kit to clean Elsa Gardner's dart wound, a package can be seen with a printed expiration date: "EXP. 03/17" almost certainly representing March of 2017 AD. So it is likely before March of 2017 AD.
HOWEVER, the events of season one episode eight "The Silencing Properties of Snow" occurs merely hours or days before season two episode one "Juiced!" (2018), which takes place in 2019 AD retroactively making the season end in 2019 AD. The first aid kit at the bar where Nick works simply contains expired goods.
