When Does "Ghosts" Season Four (2022) Take Place?

"Ghosts" season four is a fantasy comedy television series showran by Mathew Baynton with Simon Farnaby, Martha Howe-Douglas, Jim Howick, Laurence Rickard, and Ben Willbond that premiered September 23rd, 2022. So when is "Ghosts" season 4 set? 

It takes place in the year: 

2021 AD 

We know this because season three episode seven "He Came!" (2021) depicts the weeks leading up to the Christmas holiday in December of 2020 AD and season four episode seven "It's Behind You" is another Christmas-themed episode and, therefore, most likely takes place in December of 2021 AD. 

Additionally, season four episode two "Speak as ye choose" opens with a flashback to the year Mary was burned at the stake and, although no year is mentioned for these scenes. Season four episode four "Gone Gone" gives the audience a glimpse of a drawing of Mary including the handwritten guess at her lifespan: "Mary  15?? - 1610 ish". That would put this scene in 1610 AD. 

In season one episode five "Moonah Ston" (2019), Mary says, "I hasn't eaten in 400 years." That would put this scene in 1619 AD. 

2,019 - 400 = 1,619. 

Later, in the same episode we've moved somewhat forward but the only clue as to how many years have passed is Mary's line: "I just kept myself to myself for the first 50 years or so." So this scene and the two that follows later from a slightly further point are around 1669 AD. 

1,619 + 50 = 1,669. 

These are followed by two quick scenes during Kitty's lifespan . This Tumblr user has attempted to pinpoint the historical era she was born in.
